LIBRARY:THIS SPACE WILL SERVE AS AN EDUCATIONAL FACILITY. IT WILL BE A WELCOMING SPACE WHERE UNDER-SERVED CHILDREN WILL HAVE ACCESS TO BOOKS, TECHNOLOGY, AND LOCAL INSTRUCTORS. MATH & LITERACY:LITERACY AND MATH CLASSES WILL BE CONDUCTED DAILY FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH TO BRING THEM UP TO GRADE LEVEL AND KEEP THEM ON TRACK WITH REQUIREMENTS FOR THEIR AGE GROUPS.EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE TRAINING:OUR PROGRAM TEACHES KIDS EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE: HOW TO RECOGNIZE FEELINGS, UNDERSTAND WHERE THEY COME FROM, AND HOW TO DEAL WITH THEM. SELF-AWARENESS, SELF-REGULATION, MOTIVATION, EMPATHY AND SOCIAL SKILLS TRAINING ARE REVIEWED IN CLASSROOM CURRICULUM. KIDS ALSO LEARN HOW TO PRACTICE HAPPY HABITS, AND MEDITATION, IN ORDER TO THRIVEWORKSHOPS:LED BY TRAINED STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS ON THE LATEST COMPUTERS WITH SOFTWARE PROGRAMS THAT WILL PROVIDE PARTICIPANTS WITH THE 21ST CENTURY TECHNOLOGICAL SKILLS TO BUILD COMPETENCY AND SEED INNOVATION. ART CLASSES:ART CLASSES WILL BE HELD AS AN OUTLET FOR CHILDREN TO EXPRESS THEIR FEELINGS AND UNLOCK THEIR ARTISTIC POTENTIAL. ARTISTS WILL OFFER DRAWING AND PAINTING EVENTS WHERE CHILDREN CAN GET IN TOUCH WITH THEIR CREATIVITY.SERVICE:SERVICE LEARNING TEACHES KIDS EMPATHY WHILE GIVING THEM AN EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE.
