PROGRAM EXPENSES WERE USED TO PROVIDE PREVENTION/WELLNESS, TREATMENT, AND RECOVERY SERVICES. THESE INCLUDE: 2,146 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COUNSELING, 467 MOBILE CRISIS RESPONSE, 1,032 RECOVERY SUPPORT SERVICES, AND 4,158 MIND-BODY WELLNESS FOR RURAL, UNDESERVED PEOPLE IN BUREAU, MARSHALL, PUTNAM AND LASALLE COUNTIES IN ILLINOIS. THESE INCLUDE ADULTS AND CHILDREN OF ALL AGE, RACE, SOCIOECONOMIC STATUS, AND SEVERITY OF MENTAL/SUBSTANCE USE ILLNESS. ARUKAH NEVER TURNS ANYONE AWAY REGARDLESS OF THEIR ABILITY TO PAY. EXPENSES WERE ALSO USED TO REGULARLY CONVENE AND STRATEGIZE WITH 40 COMMUNITY PARTNERS FROM HEALTHCARE, SCHOOLS, CHURCHES, INDUSTRY, LAW ENFORCEMENT, AND OTHER SOCIAL SERVICES AGENCIES ON HOW TO INNOVATE ACCESS TO MENTAL ILLNESS/SUBSTANCE USE SERVICES FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE CURRENTLY UNTREATED AND FOR WHEN CONVENTIONAL APPROACHES ARE INEFFECTIVE.
