Describe the Organization's Program Activity:

Part 3 - Line 4a

WOMEN4CHANGE IS PROUD TO HAVE ACHIEVED SIGNIFICANT MILESTONES IN THE PAST YEAR. WHILE MANY CONSIDERED 2023 TO BE AN OFF YEAR IN THE ELECTION CYCLE, WE DOUBLED DOWN ON OUR GET OUT THE VOTE (GOTV) EFFORTS AND REACHED OVER 365,000 VOTERS, USING A MULTI-PRONGED APPROACH. ONCE AGAIN, WE PUBLISHED OUR VOTER GUIDE IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH AND MOBILIZED OUR VOLUNTEERS TO REACH YOUNG AND DISINFRANCHISED POTENTIAL VOTERS. IN A NEW APPROCH, WE ARE TEACHING VOTERS ABOUT THE VOTING PROCEDURE, THEREBY DE-MYSTIFYING THE PROCESS. WE CONTINUED OUR ENORMOUSLY SUCCESSFUL PROGRAMMING, INCLUDING OUR FLAGSHIP EVENT, STATE OF WOMEN, HELD IN CONJUNCTION WITH OUR IMPRESSIVE COLLEGE CHAPTER, W4C@IUPUI. THE CONFERENCE FOCUSED ON MATERNAL MORTALITY AND DREW 140 PARTICIPANTS. WE ALSO HOSTED TWO "LISTEN, CONNECT & PARTICIPATE" PANEL DISCUSSIONS, BOTH FOCUSING ON MATERNAL HEALTH AND ACCESS TO HEALTH CARE. AS ALWAYS, BOTH DREW LARGE, ENGAGED AUDIENCES LOOKING FOR OPPORTUNITIES TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE. CIVICS EDUCATION REMAINS ONE OF OUR PILLARS. THIS YEAR WE EXPANDED OUR YOUTH ENGAGE PROGRAMMING BY TRAINING FACILITATORS AND MAKING THIS ANTI-BULLYING PROGRAMMING AVAILALBE STATE-WIDE TO ALL TYPES OF YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS. WE ALSO COLLABORATED WITH THE INTERNATIONAL LEADERSHIP ASSOCIATION TO ORGANIZE A COLLABORATORY, "REIMAGINING LEADERSHIP: 7 PRACTICES THAT LEAD TO BREAKOUT CHANGE."
