THEY LOST AN AVERAGE OF 5% THEIR INITIAL BODY WEIGHT, ACHIEVED 150 MINUTES OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY PER WEEK, AND LOWERED THEIR HBA1C VALUES BY 0.2 - 1.2 %.
