IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BYLAWS AND PER ITS APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION, SOUTHSOUNDS HAD PLANNED TO PRODUCE AN ARTS AND MUSIC FESTIVAL HELD IN VARIOUS MUSIC VENUES AND PUBLIC SPACES IN APRIL 2020 IN MOBILE, ALABAMA. DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC THE FESTIVAL WAS NOT HELD IN 2020. PLANS ARE TO HOLD A FESTIVAL IN 2021 IF IT IS SAFE TO DO SO. DONOR FUNDS RECEIVED IN 2020 ARE BEING HELD FOR USE WITH THE 2021 FESTIVAL.
