THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES EMERGING TEEN LEADERS WITH THE TOOLS, METHODS AND COMMUNITY TO LEAD THEMSELVES AND EMPOWER OTHERS. THERE ARE MULTIPLE LEVELS TO THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING A ONE WEEK IN PERSON OVERNIGHT CAMP, A YEAR LONG, ONCE A MONTH VIRTUAL CLASSROOM, AND A ONCE PER YEAR IN PERSON EVENT.
WORKSHOPS ARE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES WHERE TEACH AND EQUIP STUDENTS, PARENTS, COACHES, COMMUNITY MEMBERS, ETC. WITH THE SKILLS, TOOLS AND MINDSETS TO BECOME EFFECTIVE LEADERS TO THEMSELVES AND OTHERS.
