IN 2022 SAINT ALBANS WAS CHOSEN TO DEMONSTRATE THE CCC MODEL. A VOLUNTEER ADVISORY BOARD WAS CREATED WHO MEETS WEEKLY TO PLAN AND BUILD AWARENESS. IN ADDITION, TWO SITES WERE CHOSEN ONE OF WHICH WILL BE USED IN 2023. WORK WITH OWNER OF SITES, TOWN AND CITY OFFICIALS, AND DETAILED PLANNING HAS BEEN THE FOCUS.
