CLIENT SERVICES - REFRESH PROVIDED SERVICES TO 103 CLIENTS IN SOUTHERN INDIANA. THE PROGRAM STAFF WERE ABLE TO PROVIDE NON-MEDICAL CASE MANAGEMENT, MEDICAL CASE MANAGEMENT, MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION, PSYCHOSOCIAL SUPPORT, HOUSING AND UTILITY SERVICES, AND OUTREACH SERVICES. IN TOTAL WITH THESE PROGRAMS, REFRESH HAD OVER 1,730 SERVICES.
PREVENTATIVE SERVICES - THE PREVENTION STAFF WERE ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE BOTH HIV AND HEPC TESTS FROM JULY 2022 TO JUNE 2023. IN TOTAL, THE PREVENTION STAFF WERE ABLE TO TEST 286 INDIVIDUALS FOR HIV AND 156 INDIVIDUALS FOR HEPATITIS C. AFTER TESTING, RESOURCES AND REFERRALS WERE PROVIDED APPROPRIATELY TO ENSURE CONTINUITY OF CARE AND SERVICES. REFRESH HOSTED ITS 2ND ANNUAL SCOTT COUNTY HEALTH AND RESOURCE FAIR. THE HEALTH FAIR PROVIDED RESOURCES WITHIN THE COMMUNITY FOR THE INDIVIDUALS LIVING IN AND AROUND SCOTT COUNTY. THE HEALTH FAIR PROVIDED INFORMATION TO OVER 100 INDIVIDUALS.
