SIHF OPERATES 32 FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTERS ACROSS 11 COUNTIES IN SOUTHERN ILLINOIS. ALL PATIENTS ARE PROVIDED MEDICAL SERVICES REGARDLESS OF THEIR ABILITY TO PAY. OPERATIONS ARE SUPPORTED BY FEDERAL AND STATE OF ILLINOIS GRANTS. SIHF SERVED 96,480 PATIENTS IN 2021 WITH 315,685 CLINIC AND HOSPITAL VISITS.AS A PATIENT AT SIHF HEALTHCARE, YOU'LL HAVE A DEDICATED, ON-GOING RELATIONSHIP WITH A PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER. HE OR SHE WILL HELP YOU GET TO WHERE YOU NEED TO BE BOTH PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY.
