THE INSTITUTE FOR FAMILIES AND NANNIES PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL AND CAREER PATHWAYS FOR NANNIES TO MEET THE GROWING DEMAND FOR QUALITY CHILDCARE. SINCE 2016 THEY HAVE DEVELOPED THREE UNIQUE PROGRAMS TO MEET THEIR MISSION.

CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT IN NANNY, CHILD, AND FAMILY STUDIES. A COLLABORATION WITH FOOTHILL COLLEGE. THE CERTIFICATE IS A 20-UNIT ECE PROGRAM WITH COURSES UNIQUE TO THE WORK OF A NANNY.
NANNY-PRO CERTIFICATE TO EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM: A WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM TRAINING NANNIES TO MEET FEDERAL AND STATE STANDARDS FOR ANYONE WORKING IN LICENSED CARE. STUDENTS RECEIVE EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT FROM OUR PARTNER ORGANIZATIONS IN THE COMMUNITY.
NANNY-PRO MENTOR PROGRAM: WE TRAIN OUR GRADUATES TO BE TEACHERS, COACHES AND ROLE MODELS FOR OUR STUDENTS.
