HAWAII 2.0: THE HAWAII 2.0 IS A DYNAMIC, COMMUNITY-BASED AND ACTION-ORIENTED STRATEGY AND PLAN THAT WILL FOCUS ON HAWAII'S POST-COVID-19 ECONOMIC RESILIENCY. THE PLAN WILL DEVELOP AN ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY RESILIENCY VISION AND IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY AS HAWAII'S ECONOMY RECOVERS FROM THE IMPACTS OF THE CORONAVIRUS. HAWAII 2.0 IS MEANT TO BE A CLEAR SET OF ACTIONS THAT WILL ENABLE HAWAII TO EMERGE FROM THE COVID-19 CRISIS IN A STONGER POSITION THAN BEFORE. HAWAII 2.0 WILL ALSO ADDRESS ESSENTIAL ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY PILLARS WHICH WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED AND IMPROVED HEAD-ON IN ORDER FOR ECONOMIC RESILIENCY TO BE FULLY ACHIEVED.
