TO PROVIDE A STRUCTURE FOR LOCAL ROTARY CLUBS TO CONDUCT QUALIFIED FUNDRAISING PROGRAMS TO SUPPORT CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES DETERMINED BY THE ROTARY CLUBS. THE ROTARY CLUBS PROVIDE THE VOLUNTEER SUPPORT GENERATING FUNDS. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES OVERSIGHT TO ASSURE THAT ALL EXPENDITURES ARE FOR QUALIFIED CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR FUNDRAISING COSTS.
