THE ESSENTIALS COOKING CLASS PROGRAM TRAINS HIGH SCHOOL JUNIORS AND SENIORS WITH LIFE SKILLS AND PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR SERV SAFE CERTIFICATIONS AND HIGH SCHOOL CREDITS.
THE FOOD TRUCK EMPLOYS STUDENTS IN A SUMMER WORK PROGRAM SELLING UPSCALE SANDWICHES TO THE FORT WAYNE AREA AND THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY.
WE CONTINUE TO SELL JAMS MADE BY STUDENTS IN THE PROGRAM AND HOST A SHOP, COOK & EAT PROGRAM DESIGNED TO TEACH BUSY MOMS HOW TO PLAN AND PREPARE GOOD FOOD IN 30 MINUTES OR LESS.
