THE JUNKYARD SOCIAL CLUB'S EXEMPT PURPOSE IS ENGAGING THE COMMUNITY IN SCIENCE, ART, AND TOGETHERNESS THROUGH ADVENTUROUS PLAY. THE JUNKYARD SOCIAL CLUB PLANS TO ACCOMPLISH ITS CHARITABLE PURPOSE BY PROVIDING A CENTRALIZED VENUE FOR HANDS-ON DISCOVERY EXPERIENCES IN THE BOULDER, COLORADO COMMUNITY AS WELL AS PROVIDING OTHER OPPORTUNITIES FOR INTERACTIVE LEARNING AND PLAY. AS A PRIMARY ACTIVITY, THE JUNKYARD SOCIAL CLUB PLANS TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE A CENTRALIZED VENUE FOR HANDS-ON DISCOVERY EXPERIENCES IN THE BOULDER COMMUNITY. THE HOPPER'S SCIENCE AND ART MUSEUM WILL PROVIDE A VIBRANT PLACE FOR STUDENTS AND FAMILIES TO SHARE VALUABLE EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL EXPERIENCES. IT WILL BE LOCATED IN AN EASILY ACCESSIBLE LOCATION IN BOULDER, WHICH WILL ALLOW FOR SIGNIFICANT EDUCATIONAL COLLABORATIONS WITH AREA SCHOOLS, EXPERTS, AND ARTISTS. THE HOPPER'S PROGRAMS WILL BRING ACADEMIC CONTENT TO LIFE AND INVITE BOTH CHILDREN AND ADULTS TO EXPERIENCE THE INTERSECTION OF LITERACY, MATH, SCIENCE,
