IS THE GENERAL PARTNER OF HISTORIC COURTHOUSE, LLLP, WHICH IS FACILITATING THE REHABILITATION AND RESTORATION OF A PREVIOUS GOVERNMENT COURTHOUSE BUILDING IN LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY. THE PROJECT WAS UNDERTAKEN TO RESTORE THE BUILDING TO AN OPERABLE STATE FOR THE BENEFIT OF PUBLIC USE AND TO ENCOURAGE ENCONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE DOWNTOWN LEXINGTON AREA.
