THE ORGANIZATION CONDUCTS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS THAT TEACH LEADERSHIP TO YOUNG MINISTRY LEADERS. WE PROVIDE MENTORSHIP IN CHURCH PLANTING, ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EFFECTIVE PREACHING AND OUTREACH. MENTORING IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATIONS, BLOG POSTS, SEMINARS, WRITING AND TEACHING OPPORTUNITIES. DURING 2021, 25,000 PEOPLE BENEFITED THROUGH SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS, SEMINARS, WEBINARS, BOOK DISTRIBUTIONS AND BLOG POSTS.
THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR PASTORS AND OTHERS TO VISIT THE HOLY LAND TO SEE THE PLACES THAT UNIQUELY TELL THE CHRISTIAN STORY AND REMIND US OF ITS IMPACT IN THE WORLD. EVEN THOUGH COVID RESTRICTED TRAVEL, THE PROGRAM WAS ABLE TO BENEFITED APPROXIMATELY 100 PEOPLE WHICH CONSISTED OF 20 PASTORS AND 80 LAYPEOPLE.
