ACQUIRED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT KNOWN AS MOMENT AT SAN PEDRO SQUARE THAT INCLUDED CONSTRUCTION OF FOUR (4) RETAIL SHOPS IN CITY OWNED GARAGE AS PART OF AN INNOVATIVE REPURPOSING OF PARKING SPACES TO ACTIVATE GROUND FLOOR USES IN ONE OF DOWNTOWN SAN JOSE'S MOST POPULAR COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS. PROGRAM WILL MANAGE ONGOING OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE OF THE RETAIL SPACES, INCLUDING WEATHERPROOFING OF FACADE AWNINGS.
