LEARNING HUB - THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROGRAM IS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO QUALIFYING OPERATORS OF LEARNING HUBS TO EXPAND AVAILABILITY OF ADDITIONAL LEARNING HUB SLOTS FOR SOCIOECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED STUDENTS IN SAN MATEO COUNTY. SUPPORT IS DERIVED FROM LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND FOUNDATION CONTRIBUTIONS.
