ARTS & LITERATURE LABORATORY, INC'S TEACHING ARTISTS ARE PROFESSIONAL PRACTICING ARTISTS, WRITERS, AND EDUCATORS WHO LIVE LOCALLY. THE SPRING 2023 DABL BUSINESS OF ART CONFERENCE WAS HOSTED AT ARTS & LITERATURE LABORATORY, INC AND FEATURED PRESENTATIONS FROM 20 DIFFERENT EDUCATORS AND CREATIVE PROFESSIONALS. 25% OF THE ENROLLMENT IN ARTS & LITERATURE LABORATORY, INC'S 10 WEEK-LONG SUMMER YOUTH ARTS CAMP IS RESERVED FOR STUDENTS ON FULL OR PARTIAL FINANCIAL AID SCHOLARSHIPS.

THIS WAS PROVIDED FOR AN AUDIENCE OF APPROXIMATELY 12,000 PEOPLE.
WE FEATURED 313 MUSICIANS IN 87 CONCERTS ATTENDED BY APPROXIMATELY 18,000 PEOPLE, AND 40 WERE FREE ADMISSION TO INCREASE ACCESSIBILITY TO JAZZ, CLASSICAL, AND EXPERIMENTAL MUSIC IN OUR COMMUNITY. MUSICIANS RANGED FROM LOCAL PROFESSIONAL AND STUDENT MUSICIANS TO GRAMMY-AWARD WINNERS. IN ADDITION TO MUSIC, ARTS & LITERATURE LABORATORY, INC PRESENTS THEATER, DANCE, AND PERFORMANCE ART.
WE PRESENTED 33 LITERARY ARTS EVENTS INCLUDING FEATURING OVER 200 WRITERS FOR APPROXIMATELY 1400 AUDIENCE MEMBERS. IN ADDITION WE AWARDED 8 PRIZES TO WISCONSIN WRITERS, OFFERED OVER 100 HOURS OF COMMUNITY WRITING TIME FOR 90 WRITERS, FEATURED 2 DAYS OF POETRY VIDEOS FROM AROUND THE WORLD, FEATURED 22 ARTICLES IN OUR ONLINE JOURNAL THE ARTS & LITERATURE LABORATORY REVIEW, AND HOSTED MADISON'S ONLY SMALL PRESS LENDING LIBRARY.
