THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDED CUSTOMIZED TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND TRAINING DIRECTLY TO COOPERATIVES AND NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS. FINALLY, THE ORGANIZATION LAUNCHED ITS OPEN SOURCE PROJECT THAT MAKES KEY DOCUMENTS AND TOOLS AVAILABLE FOR FREE ONLINE FOR ANY GROUP PLANNING THE LAUNCH OF HOUSE CLEANING COOPERATIVES OWNED BY LOW-INCOME WORKERS.

THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND RESOURCES FOR GROUPS INTERESTED IN LAUNCHING COOPERATIVES RUN BY LOW-INCOME PEOPLE. THIS INCLUDED A IN-PERSON 3-DAY CO-OP DEVELOPMENT INTENSIVE TRAINING ATTENDED BY 15 PEOPLE REPRESENTING 7 NONPROFIT GROUPS WHO TRAVELED FROM AROUND THE COUNTRY TO ATTEND THE EVENT. WE ALSO LAUNCHED OUR OPEN SOURCE PROJECT, A FREE ONLINE LIBRARY OF RESOURCES FOR GROUPS PLANNING AND RUNNING CLEANING COOPERATIVES.
THE ORGANIZATION TOOK OVER MANAGEMENT OF THE TEAMWORKS CAPITAL FUND, A SMALL PORTFOLIO OF LONG-TERM LOANS TO WORKER-OWNED COOPERATIVES. THESE LOANS WERE PREVIOUSLY MANAGED BY THE NONPROFIT LENDER OPPORTUNITY FUND OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.
