THE JUVENILE DIABETES PRACTICAL CURE FUND (THE "ORGANIZATION") IS DEDICATED TO FINDING A PRACTICAL CURE TO TYPE 1 JUVENILE DIABETES. THE ORGANIZATION WILL WORK TOWARD THIS GOAL THROUGH FUNDRAISING THAT WILL BE DESIGNATED FOR PROMISING RESEARCH PROGRAMS WORKING TOWARD A PRACTICAL CURE. A PRACTICAL CURE DESCRIBES ANY SOLUTION THAT CAN BE WIDELY AVAILABLE IN THE NEAR FUTURE WHICH ENABLES PEOPLE WITH ESTABLISHED TYPE 1 JUVENILE DIABETES TO HAVE A NEAR NORMAL LIFESTYLE, FREE FROM DAILY DISEASE MANAGEMENT ROUTINES.THE ORGANIZATION WILL MAKE GIFTS, GRANTS, AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO OTHER TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS QUALIFYING UNDER SECTION 170(B)(1)(A) AND / OR 501(C)(3), OR OTHER ORGANIZATIONS, CONDUCTING RESERACH AND OTHERWISE SEEKING TO FIND A PRACTICAL CURE FOR TYPE 1 JUVENILE DIABETES.
