AMERICAN FRIENDS OF KOHELET POLICY FORM (THE ORGANIZATION") IS A PUBLIC CHARITY WITH ITS PURPOSE TO MAKE GRANTS AND CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS EXCLUSIVELY TO OTHER ORGANIZATIONS ENGAGED IN EDUCATIONAL AND RELATED ACTIVITIES, FOCUSED ON POLITICAL POLICY. THE PRINCIPAL AND PRIMARY INTENT OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO SUPPORT KOHELET POLICY FORUM (THE "FORUM"), A JERUSALEM-BASED NON-PROFIT POLICY CENTER FOUNDED IN 2012, COMPRISED OF LEADING ACADEMICS AND RESEARCHERS. THE FORUM IS NON-PARTISAN AND RELIES ON PRIVATE DONATIONS ONLY; NO SUPPORT IS ACCEPTED FROM ANY STATE-FUNDED ORGANIZATIONS, DOMESTIC OR FOREIGN.
