THRIVE GLOBAL CONSULTING (THRIVE) PROVIDED 3 COMMUNITY-BASED, NON-WESTERN, NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS FREE CONSULTING AND COACHING SERVICES TO HELP THEM SUCCEED IN ACHIEVING THEIR OBJECTIVES. CONSULTING INCLUDES BOTH VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON CONTACT BETWEEN 6 TIMES PER YEAR TO MULTIPLE TIMES PER MONTH, DEPENDING ON THE NEEDS OF THE LOCAL ORGANIZATION. ALTHOUGH INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANTS WERE NOT ABLE TO TRAVEL DURING THE FISCAL YEAR, THESE SERVICES CONTINUED BOTH VIRTUALLY AND WITH IN-PERSON EFFORTS OF A LOCALLY-BASED CONSULTANT. THE SERVICES THRIVE PROVIDED INCLUDED:- ONE-ON-ONE WHOLISTIC LEADERSHIP SUPPORT FOCUSED ON LIFE-WORK BALANCE, PREVENTING BURNOUT, AND CREATING HEALTHY WORK ENVIRONMENTS- LEADERSHIP SUPPORT FOR PANDEMIC-SPECIFIC NEEDS: TRANSITIONING TO VIRTUAL SERVICES; DEALING WITH STRESS, ANXIETY, AND TRAUMA; SELF-CARE AND MEMBER-CARE- STRATEGIC PLANNING- GRANT WRITING SERVICES- LOCAL FUNDRAISING COACHING- TRAINING IN CORE PRINCIPLES OF EFFECTIVE WORK AMONG VULNERABLE POPULATIONS AND HOW TO INCORPORATE THEM INTO DIVERSE PROGRAM MODELS- LOCAL NETWORKING, COMMUNITY-BUILDING, AND COLLABORATION OPPORTUNITIESIN ADDITION TO THESE CONSULTING SERVICES, THRIVE PROVIDED FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO THE PROGRAMS OF 3 PARTNERED PROJECTS:ART FOR CHANGE SOCIAL JUSTICE ENCOUNTERS FOR ARTISTSART FOR CHANGE (AFC) PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR ARTISTS TO ENGAGE WITH MARGINALIZED PEOPLE AND THE ISSUES OF SOCIAL JUSTICE THAT AFFECT THEM. IN FISCAL YEAR 2021, AFC SHIFTED TO A NEW OFFICE SPACE AND CARRIED OUT SEVERAL VIRTUAL WORKSHOPS DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS. IN COLLABORATION WITH OUR NEW NEIGHBORS, WE CREATED A YEAR LONG PROGRAM TO BRING ART TO SPECIALLY ABLED CHILDREN AND ESPECIALLY THEIR FAMILIES WHO ARE FROM THE LOW INCOME GROUPS OF THE CITY. ASHISH FOUNDATION FOR THE DIFFERENTLY ABLED (AFDA) WHOLISTIC INTERVENTION FOR PEOPLE WITH AUTISMASHISH CENTER SERVES STUDENTS WITH AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER (ASD) IN DWARKA, NEW DELHI. DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS, THE CENTER REMAINED CLOSED FOR MOST OF FY2021. ASHISH CONTINUED TO OFFER ONLINE LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES TO STUDENTS WITH ASD AND THEIR FAMILIES. STAFF AND STUDENTS WERE ALL DEEPLY AFFECTED BY THE SECOND WAVE OF COVID WHICH HIT INDIA. NEARLY EVERYONE LOST A CLOSE FRIEND OF FAMILY MEMBER. TRUTH CENTERED TRANSFORMATION RURAL DEVELOPMENT IN SOUTHEAST ASIASUPPORTED 8 TRAINERS TO TEACH BASIC COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SKILLS TO 233 VILLAGES IN 6 PROVINCES. THE TRAINING WENT SMOOTHLY UNTIL APRIL WHEN TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS PREVENTED TRAINERS FROM VISITING THE AREA.
