2021

Describe the Organization's Program Activity:

Part 3

TAX YEAR 2021 PRESENTED SEVERAL CHALLENGES TO THE INTERNATIONAL EARTHLIGHT ALLIANCE. DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS EQUIPMENT AND EXPERIMENT MAINTENANCE WAS MORE CHALLENGING. VISITS TO HARDWARE STORES WAS MORE DIFFICULT. IN ADDITION TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS THE LANDLORD AT 65 GOLDEN EAGLE DR. FINALLY GAVE A SERIOUS MOVE OUT NOTICE AFTER THREATENING MOVE-OUTS SPRING AND OR SUMMER FOR AT LEAST THE LAST FOUR-FIVE YEARS. THE LANDLORD GAVE NOTICE IN LATE SUMMER. THE COMPLICATED MOVE OF DISMANTLING THE RESEARCH FACILITY, TRANSPORTING, AND SETTING UP EQUIPMENT AND COMMUNICATIONS WAS COMPLETED IN MID-NOVEMBER 2021. FROM JULY TO THE END OF THE YEAR RESEARCH EFFORTS WERE DISTRACTED BY AND REDIRECTED TO PACKING AND MOVING THE FRAGILE INSTRUMENTS AND A LARGE AMOUNT OF EXPEDITION GEAR. AN ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO KEEP ALL DATA ACQUISITION ONLINE UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE POSSIBLE. THERE WAS APPROXIMATELY A QUARTER MILE OF VARIOUS WIRE TYPES THAT HAD TO BE RETRIEVED FROM THE FIELD, SO SOME EXPERIMENTS SUCH AS THE MAGNETOMETER AND SEISMOMETER WERE DISCONTINUED EARLIER. A DETAILED DAILY LOG OF PREVAILING ENVIRONMENTAL, SOLAR TERRESTRIAL DATA, AND OBSERVATIONS WAS CONTINUED. INSTRUMENTATION AND EXPEDITION EQUIPMENT WAS MOVED TO THE DIFFERENT LOCATION IN SEDONA, NEAR THE VILLAGE OF OAK CREEK. THE NEW LOCATION HAS A VISTA OF LARGE RED ROCK BLUFFS. NIGHTLY PHOTOS OF THE SKY AND BLUFFS WERE BEGUN AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE EVEN DURING THE LONG MOVE-IN PROCESS. INTERNET ACCESS WAS CHALLENGING UNTIL A NEW GATEWAY SYSTEM BECAME AVAILABLE. INTERNET CONNECTIONS AND INSTRUMENTS WERE HARD WIRED TO COMPUTERS AND EQUIPMENT. THE NEW LOCATION WAS THE ONLY RENTAL AVAILABLE IN THE SEDONA AREA AT THE TIME OF THE MOVE OUT NOTICE. UNFORTUNATELY A CELL TOWER EMANATING VERY STRONG SIGNALS WAS ABOUT 1000 FEET AWAY. EXPERIMENTS SHIELDING THE SIGNALS FROM THE CELL TOWER WERE DONE. DIFFERENT MATERIALS WERE TESTED AND MEASURED: COPPER AND ALUMINUM WIRE, SILVER, COPPER, AND NICKEL IMPREGNATED CLOTH, AND MYLAR PLASTIC (SPACE BLANKETS). NICKEL CLOTH WAS EFFECTIVE. TEN LAYERS OF MYLAR PLACED IN LINE OF SIGHT TO THE TOWER REDUCED THE SIGNALS BY 80-90%. PHOTOGRAPHY OBSERVING THE NIGHTTIME SKY FOR CHROMATIC SHIFTS WAS CONTINUED AT THE OLD LOCATION. MILLIONS OF PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE NIGHTTIME SKY AND GROUND ELECTRIC FIELD WERE TAKEN THERE OVER FIFTEEN YEARS. NIGHTTIME PHOTOGRAPHY AND SEISMOMETER WERE FIRST EXPERIMENTS SET UP AT THE NEW LOCATION. OTHER ONGOING EXPERIMENTS SUCH AS HYDROPONICS, PLANT RATE GROWTH, AND REGROWING EDIBLE PLANTS SUCH AS LETTUCE AND CABBAGE FROM THEIR STALKS CONTINUED. SOME HYDROPONIC EXPERIMENTS WERE TRANSPORTED TO THE NEW LOCATION. COMPANION PLANTS IN POTS MIXING EDIBLES AND FLOWERS CONTINUED. ELECTRODES WERE PLACED IN A TREE AND VOLTAGES RECORDED. IEA FOUND THE TREE REVERSED POLARITY FROM TIME TO TIME. DATA ANALYSIS TO COMPARE THE REVERSALS TO PREVAILING ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS IS PENDING. IEA PRESIDENT CONTINUED EARTHQUAKE FORECASTING RESEARCH WITH A SENIOR NASA/SETI SCIENTIST AND HIS GROUP IN WEEKLY ZOOM MEETINGS. THE ZOOM MEETINGS FOCUS ON MECHANISMS HOW IMPENDING EARTHQUAKES PRODUCE ELECTROMAGNETIC SIGNALS AND OTHER ENERGY FORMS SUCH AS POSITIVE IONS. A NEW EXPERIMENT TO MEASURE VOLTAGE POTENTIALS BETWEEN VERTICALLY SEPARATED COPPER PLATES WAS DEVISED. A WELL WRITTEN BOOK BY CHRISTOPHER DUNN HYPOTHESIZED THE GREAT PYRAMID OF GIZA MAY BE A TRANSDUCER OF EARTHQUAKE ENERGY TO ELECTROMAGNETIC ENERGY. ONE OF THE NASA GROUP MEMBERS IS THE DIRECTOR OF THE EGYPTIAN EQUIVALENT OF THE USGS IN THE UNITED STATES. HE HAS ACCESS TO THE PYRAMID. WE PLAN TO TAKE VOLTAGE AND ELECTROMAGNETIC MEASUREMENTS OF THE PYRAMID. IEA CONSULTED ON DATA ACQUISITION EQUIPMENT TO MEASURE VOLTAGE CHANGES AND LOCATIONS FOR EQUIPMENT IN THE GREAT PYRAMID OF GIZA. ANIMAL OBSERVATIONS CONTINUED PHOTOGRAPHING ANOMALOUS BEHAVIOR OF A WHITE DOVE TO CORRELATE WITH IMPENDING EARTHQUAKE ACTIVITY.
