MASBO IS DEDICATED TO TRAINING AND SUPPORTING THE PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR BUSINESS OPERATIONS IN MONTANA'S PUBLIC SCHOOLS. OUR GOAL IS TO ENABLE OUR MEMBERS TO MANAGE THE BUSINESS ACTIVITIES AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS IN ORDER TO SUPPORT EDUCATION FOR MONTANA'S CHILDREN.

MASBO PROVIDED A FORUM FOR IT'S MEMBERS TO MORE EFFICIENTLY PROVIDE SERVICES AND EDUCATION EFFORTS TO THE SCHOOLS THEY WORK FOR. MASBO PROVIDED WORKSHOPS AND A SUMMER CONFERENCE TRAINING WHICH PROVIDED MEMBERS WITH INFORMATION TRAINING AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO NETWORK ABOUT ISSUES AND LAWS AFFECTING THEIR PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICTS. MASBO MAINTAINS A WEBSITE WITH LINKS TO RESOURCES AND TRAINING MATERIALS AND PUBLISHES A MONTHLY NEWSLETTER. MASBO PROVIDES ON-GOING TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO IT'S MEMBERS ON AN AS-NEEDED BASIS VIA EMAIL AND TELEPHONE.
MASBO EMPLOYS AN INTERIM SERVICES TRAINER WHO PROVIDES ON-SITE SERVICES AND TRAINING TO SCHOOL DISTRICTS THAT REQUEST HELP IN THEIR BUSINESS OFFICE.
