ECTC OPERATES AS A NON-PROFIT, 501(C)3 SERVING OKALOOSA, WALTON AND BAY COUNTIES IN FLORIDA WITH A MISSION TO ENRICH AND ENTERTAIN THE REGION THROUGH PROFESSIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL THEATRE.

CURRENT PROGRAMS INCLUDE AN EXTENSIVE AFTER-SCHOOL, WEEKEND AND SUMMER CAMP EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM, A PROFESSIONAL THEATRE SEASON AND THEATRE FOR YOUNG AUDIENCES (TYA) PRODUCTIONS. EMERALD COAST THEATRE COMPANY (ECTC) PROVIDES VITAL CULTURAL SERVICES YEAR ROUND TO THE COMMUNITY THAT WOULD OTHERWISE BE NONEXISTENT. PROFESSIONAL THEATRE PROGRAMS SERVE ADULTS AND FAMILY AUDIENCES. WE PROVIDE A SAFE PLACE FOR OUR CHILDREN TO CONNECT, CREATE, AND GROW CONFIDENCE AS THEY LEARN HOW TO WORK WITH OTHERS. OUR GOAL IS TO HELP RAISE KIND, COLLABORATIVE, CREATIVE CHILDREN WHO WILL ONE DAY GIVE BACK WHAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED TO THEIR RESPECTIVE COMMUNITIES. ECTC IS THE ONLY THEATRE COMPANY IN THE TRI COUNTY REGION (OKALOOSA, WALTON AND BAY COUNTIES) THAT OFFERS YEAR ROUND PRODUCTION CLASSES AND CAMPS, AS WELL AS LOCALLY PRODUCING YEAR ROUND PROFESSIONAL THEATRE, THEATRE FOR YOUNG AUDIENCES AND SCHOOL YEAR FIELD TRIPS (AT REDUCED OR FREE ADMISSION FOR UNDERSERVED (TITLE 1) SCHOOLS. ECTC ALSO ENJOYS A ROBUST VOLUNTEER BASE THAT SPECIFICALLY CONNECT THE THEATRE WITH THE SENIOR COMMUNITY.
