THE EILEEN FISHER COMMUNITY FOUNDATION, INC., ("EFCF") SUPPORTS SYSTEMATIC CHANGE THAT POSITIVELY IMPACTS WOMEN AND GIRLS LOCALLY AND AROUND THE GLOBE. BY DEVELOPING UNIQUE PROGRAMS AND PARTNERING WITH EXISTING ORGANIZATIONS, EFCF ENCOURAGES SELF-EMPOWERMENT, CONNECTION WITH OTHERS AND ACTIVISM IN COMMUNITIES. THE MISSION OF EFCF IS CARRIED OUT THROUGH THE EILEEN FISHER LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE.

HER HONOR MENTORING PROGRAM - HHM PROVIDES A PLATFORM FOR YOUNG WOMEN TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL. PRACTICAL SKILLS TO REALIZE A LIFE FULL OF PROMISE ARE ATTAINED THROUGH A STRUCTURED FRAMEWORK FOR LEARNING AND GROWTH. THE PROGRAM REINFORCES THE IMPORTANCE OF A COLLEGE EDUCATION AND ULTIMATELY, A MEANINGFUL PROFESSION. THE PROGRAM PARTNERS WITH ELEVEN HIGH SCHOOLS IN WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NEW YORK, AND INCLUDED MENTEE/MENTOR 77 MATCHES IN 2019-2020 (TOTAL PARTICIPANTS 154) AND 110 MATCHES (100 NY METRO AND 10 ST LOUIS, MO, TOTAL PARTICIPANTS 220) IN 2020-2021. IN SEPTEMBER 2015, EFCF BECAME THE FISCAL SPONSOR FOR HER HONOR MENTORING.
THE EILEEN FISHER LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE (EFLI) HAS BEEN DEVELOPED AS A WAY TO ACTIVATE LEADERSHIP IN WOMEN AND GIRLS. THE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO PROMOTE LEADERSHIP IN YOUNG WOMEN THROUGH SELF-EMPOWERMENT, CONNECTION WITH OTHERS AND ACTIVISM IN THEIR COMMUNITIES. YOUNG WOMEN PARTICIPATE IN ENGAGING PRACTICES, INSPIRATIONAL VISITS WITH LOCAL WOMEN LEADERS, AND SKILL BASED WORKSHOPS WHICH ENCOURAGE CREATIVE PROCESSING AND REFLECTION WHILE BUILDING COMMUNITY. THE PROGRAM HAS WORKED WITH 1,982 PARTICIPANTS IN THE 2020 YEAR THROUGH OFFERINGS BOTH LOCALLY, REGIONALLY, AND INTERNATIONALLY.
