WE CONTINUED TO DEVELOP OUR MUSIC CURRICULUM, WORKING TO INCORPORATE MORE LEARNING IN AREAS OF THEORY AND DEVELOPING AN UNDERSTANDING OF DIFFERENT MUSICAL CULTURES AROUND THE WORLD. AT THE END OF EACH SEMESTER THE STUDENTS HAD A PERFORMANCE TO SHOW WHAT THEY HAD LEARNED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR IN AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAMMS WE PROVIDED. FREE VOCAL MUSIC CLASS ONCE A WEEK FOR STUDENTS EXHIBITING STRONG VOCAL SKILLS AND DESIRE TO LEARN HOW TOPERFORM IN PUBLIC. THE STUDENTS REQUIRED TO AUDITION AND THOSE WHO QUALIFIED ATTEND THE CLASS. THE CLASS HAS APPROXIMATELY 25 STUDENTS. ALSO WE PROVIDED FREE GUITAR CLASSES IN OUR CAMPS
