COMMUNITY OUTREACH: DOOR TO DOOR CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT HELPING OVER 130,000 FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS WHEN CONSUMERS ARE APPROVED BY THE TEAM VIA DOOR KNOCKING OR AT COMMUNITY FAIRE AND WORKSHOP SETTING CONSUMERS ARE GIVEN INFORMATION OR HAVE MINI QUESTION ANSWER TIME TO SPEAK WITH CERTIFIED COUNSELORS REGARDING THEIR SITUATION AND THEN IN TURN ARE DIRECTED TO VISIT OUR OFFICES FOR ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE. PLEASE NOTE ALL OF OUR SERVICES ARE FREE. OUR REACH CAN BE COMPLETED VIA ONE ON ONE OR WORKSHOP AND ONLINE.
FORECLOSURE PREVENTION EDUCATION: TRIAGE ASSESS PROVIDES A PLAN OF ACTION TO HELP FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS IMPACTED BY FORECLOSURE TO HELP THEM SUSTAIN THEIR HOMES. THIS INVOLVES HELPING CONSUMERS PUT THE PAPERWORK TOGETHER TO SUBMIT TO THE LENDER/SERVER OR HELP CONSUMERS REVIEW THEIR BUDGETS FOR SHORT TERM ACTION PLANS TO LONG TERM ACTION PLANS. CONSUMERS IN THESE POSITIONS ARE ASSISTED IN NOT ONLY THE FINANCIAL COACHING SIDE, WE ALSO HELP IN ADVOCATING FOR CONSUMERS WHEN INSITUTIONS ARE NOT HELPING CONSUMERS DURING THEIR TIME FOR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP. PROGRAMS OFFERED AND REVIEWED WOULD MAKE HOMES AFFORDABLE AND KEEPING THEIR HOME IN CALIFORNIA. AT TIMES CLIENTS ARE COUNSELED REGARDING THE DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY AND RELOCATION TO A NEW RESIDENCE THAT OUR TEAM COMPLETES THAT ACTION PLAN FOR HOW THAT WOULD BE COMPLETED.
FINANCIAL EMPOWERMENT AND BUDGET EDUCATION: ENGAGE CONSUMERS IN HOW TO MANAGE FINANCES, TEACH CLIENTS TO USE THE QUICKBOOKS ONLINE TOOLS TO HELP IN MANAGING FINANCES, REVIEW INCOME VERSUS LIABILITIES AND VERSUS MONTHLY EXPENSES TO FIND WAYS TO ELIMINATE DEFICITS AND CREATE SURPLUSES.
