ASSISTANCE IN ESTABLISHING THE RENEWABLE ENERGY AND ENERGY CONSERVATION POLICY FOR THE RESORT TOWN OF MAMMOTH LAKES, SERVICING OVER 7,000 RESIDENTS AND UP TO 2 MILLION VISITORS DURING THE SUMMER AND WINTER TOURIST SEASONS. PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC WORKSHOPS AND SCHOOL AND PUBLIC EDUCATION AND OUTREACH MEDIA PROGRAMS TO PROMOTE WIDESPREAD USE OF RENEWABLE ENERGY RESOURCES AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY.
