THE SILVER OAK ELEMENTARY EDUCATIONAL PARTNERSHIP (DBA AS SILVER OAK ELEMENTARY PTO) EXISTS TO SUPPORT SILVER OAK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL WITH SCHOOL-DAY PROGRAMS, INSTRUCTION AND SUPPORT THAT ONE WOULD NOT OTHERWISE FIND IN A PUBLIC SCHOOL. THIS ALLOWS SILVER OAK ELEMENTARY TO DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN ITS HERITAGE OF OUTSTANDING ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE. Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
Part 3 - Line 4a
