SCHOOLS3 SUPPORTS SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION IN AFRICA AND CENTRAL AMERICA. VOLUNTEERS FROM THE LOCAL COMMUNITIES, WITH THE HELP FROM A FEW PAID SKILLED LABORERS, BUILD THE SCHOOLS. THE MINISTRIES OF EDUCATION PROVIDE AND PAY FOR THE TEACHERS AND SCHOOL SUPPLIES. THESE ARE PUBLIC SCHOOLS OWNED BY THE LOCAL COMMUNITIES OPEN TO ALL CHILDREN.
