EDUCATION, AWARENESS, ADVOCACY, AND SUPPORT: APFED HOSTED ITS ANNUAL PATIENT CONFERENCE VIRTUALLY. WE CELEBRATED NATIONAL EOSINOPHIL AWARENESS WEEK BY DISSEMINATING RESOURCES, AND ENGAGING PATIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS. APFED PRODUCES MONTHLY EDUCATIONAL E-NEWS AND A QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER TO PATIENTS AND CAREGIVERS AND DEVELOPED AN ONLINE TOOLKIT IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE ALLERGY & ASTHMA NETWORK TO HELP PATIENTS MANAGE EOSINOPHILIC ASTHMA. APFED LAUNCHED A NEW PODCAST SERIES AND A WEBINAR SERIES TO PROVIDE A VIRTUAL FORUM FOR PATIENTS TO LEARN ABOUT A VARIETY OF TOPICS RELEVANT TO PATIENTS. WE MET WITH MEMBERS OF THE U.S. CONGRESS TO EDUCATE THEM ABOUT NEEDS OF PATIENTS AND NEED FOR ACCESS TO THERAPIES. ADVOCATED AND SUPPORTED GRASSROOT EFFORTS RESULTING IN PASSAGE OF THE FASTER ACT, REQUIRING COMMERCIAL INGREDIENT LABELING AND TO INCREASE PRIORITY OF FEDERALLY FUNDED FOOD ALLERGY RESEARCH. PARTICIPATED IN INVITATIONAL COLLABORATIVES WITH GLOBAL THOUGHT LEADERS TO ADVANCE PATIENT CARE
