LUFKIN STATE SCHOOL VOLUNTEER SERVICES COUNCIL - VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION THAT SUPPORTS LOCAL STATE SCHOOL FOR PERSONS WITH MENTAL RETARDATION. THIS ORGANIZATION IS THE PRIMARY BENEFICIARY OF THE RODEO.
ANGELINA COUNTY EXPO CENTER - A NON-PROFIT EXPOSITION CENTER FOR COMMUNITY USES. THE RODEO IS HELD IN THIS FACILITY EACH YEAR. THE RODEO DONATES PROCEEDS TO THE FACILITY TO BE USED FOR CAPITAL EXPENDITURES AND THE OPERATING BUDGET.
MOSAIC CENTER - A NON-PROFIT CHRISTIAN WOMEN'S EDUCATION CENTER THAT IS BASED ON THE CHRISTIAN WOMEN'S JOB CORP PROGRAM. THE BASIC PROGRAM PROVIDES TRAINING IN JOBS FOR LIFE, GED, BASIC ADULT EDUCATION, COMPUTER SKILLS, RESUME WRITING, MOCK INTERVIEWS, PERSONAL MONEY MANAGEMENT, HEALTHY BOUNDARIES, DECISION MAKING AND MORE. THE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO TRAIN AND EQUIP WOMEN TO REACH THEIR POTENTIAL AND PROVIDE FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR FAMILIES.
