ROTARY INTERNATIONAL MARSHALL IS ONE OF MANY CLUBS WHO ARE PART OF A CONNECTION WITH ROTARY, AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION (A GLOBAL NETWORK) OF OVER A MILLION PEOPLE WHO COME TOGETHER TO MAKE POSITIVE, LASTING CHANGE IN COMMUNITIES AND COUNTRIES AROUND THE WORLD.

Part 3 - Line 4a

ROTARY INTERNATIONAL MARSHALL SUPPORTS LOCAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS. FOR THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022 THE ORGANIZATION SENT $12,667 TO SUPPORT MISSION MARSHALL (LOCAL FOOD PANTRY), $7,396 TO TEXAS STATE TECHNICAL COLLEGE, $6,125 TO TIAJUANA AQUA, $2,799 TO LITERACY PROGRAMS, $2,897 TO TOUCH A TRUCK AND $1,267 TO VARIOUS OTHER PROGRAMS.


THE LARGEST PROJECT OF ROTARY INTERNATIONAL MARSHALL IS THE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM. THE QUASI-ENDOWMENT PROGRAM ALLOWS THE CLUB TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS ATTENDING TECHNICAL SCHOOLS, COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES. FOR THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022 THE CLUB AWARDED SCHOLARSHIPS TO 15 STUDENTS.


ROTARY INTERNATIONAL MARSHALL PROMOTES PEACE AND PATRIOTISM BY DEPLOYING U.S. FLAGS FOR SEVEN HOLIDAYS DURING THE YEAR. THIS PAST YEAR, APPROXIMATELY 760 FLAGS AT OVER 185 LOCATIONS WERE DISPLAYED. WITH THE FUNDS RAISED FROM THIS PROGRAM, MANY SCHOOLS AND OTHER NON-PROFITS BENEFIT. ALSO, ROTARY'S PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS (LOCALLY, NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY) BENEFIT FROM THIS PROGRAM.
