RENT ASSISTANCE IN SNOHOMISH COUNTYLETI IS SUBCONTRACTED BY VOLUNTEERS OF AMERICA AS A BY AND FOR PARTNER TO HELP SPANISH SPEAKING COMMUNITY MEMBERS APPLY FOR RENT ASSISTANCE. 201 FAMILIES WERE SERVED THROUGH THIS PROGRAM.
FOOD ASSISTANCE DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.OFFERED SUPPORT TO ORDER FOOD BANK BASKETS, EMERGENCY FRESH FRUIT AND VEGGIE VOUCHERS, SAFEWAY FOOD GIFT CARDS, AND EMERGENCY FAMILY DONATIONS. 317 TOTAL ORDERS PLACED IN 2021 THROUGH THE EDMONDS FOOD BANK. DISTRIBUTED 1,180 SAFEWAY GIFT CARDS ($50 EA). 52 CLIENTS FOR THE EMERGENCY FUNDING PROGRAM ($500 PER FAMILY FOR VARIETY OF NEEDS)
