THE VOLUNTEERS PROVIDE MANY SERVICES AT THE MEDICAL CENTER INCLUDING STAFFING THE VOLUNTEER PHONE AT THE INFORMATION DESK, DELIVERING FLOWERS TO PATIENTS AND FREE JUICE AND COFFEE TO PATIENTS' FAMILIES, PROVIDING TOYS FOR CHILDREN UNDERGOING SURGERY, AND OPERATING THE GIFT SHOPPE. THE VOLUNTEER AUXILIARY ALSO SPONSORS THE ANNUAL TREE OF LIFE CELEBRATION DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON AS WELL AS OTHER FUNDRAISING EVENTS.
