PARK TIMBERS SWIM & FITNESS CLUB PROVIDES FITNESS EQUIPMENT, OUTDOOR FURNITURE, AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS THAT ASSIST PARK TIMBERS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION IN THE OPERATION OF A FAMILY-ORIENTED SWIM, TENNIS, PICKLEBALL, AND FITNESS FACILITY FOR OVER 100 FAMILIES IN AND AROUND THE PARK TIMBERS SUBDIVISION. NOTE THAT PARK TIMBERS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION (PTHA) IS A SEPARATE ENTITY - EIN 72-0846182, AN IRC 501(C)(4) ORGANIZATION THAT OWNS THE BUILDING AND LAND ON WHICH THE FACILITY OPERATES. ALL DUES AND FEES ARE PAID DIRECTLY TO PTHA, WHICH PAYS FOR ALL OPERATING EXPENSES.
