THE MUSEUM MAINTAINED PERMANENT EXHIBITS HIGHLIGHTING ASHE COUNTY HISTORY INCLUDING THE VIRGINIA CREEPER TRAIN EXHIBIT AND THE ORE KNOB MINE EXHIBIT. THERE ARE ALSO ROTATING EXHIBITS DEMONSTRATING NATIVE AMERICAN HISTORY AND THE HISTORY OF THE RELIGION IN ASHE COUNTY. THE GIFT SHOP HAS CONTINUED SALES OF BOOKS AND OTHER ITEMS RELATED TO THE HISTORY OF ASHE COUNTY.
