PRESERVATION OF HISTORIC PART OF AUBURN, CA; ESTABLISH AND OPERATE A MEDICAL HISTORY MUSEUM HOUSED IN AN HISTORICAL VICTORIAN BUILDING, LOCATED ON THE SITE OF PLACER COUNTY'S FIRST HOSPITAL IN 1855. THE MUSEUM IS INTENDED TO BE EDUCATIONAL AND ENJOYABLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC, AND ESPECIALLY TO YOUTH.
