HEALTH PROMOTION, CARE COORDINATION, HEALTH INSURANCE ENROLLMENT PROGRAM: SPOKE TO OVER 800 PEOPLE AT EVENTS ATTENDED BY OVER 10,000 PEOPLE, CONDUCTED OUTREACH AT 39 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AROUND MARICOPA COUNTY, ENROLLED 140 INDIVIDUALS IN MEDICAID/CHIP AND 191 INDIVIDUALS IN MARKETPLACE HEALTH INSURANCE, PROVIDED NAVIGATION SERVICES TO OVER 1,074 INDIVIDUALS.


OTHER PROGRAMS TO MEET THE HEALTH-RELATED NEEDS OF ASIAN AMERICAN, NATIVE HAWAIIAN, AND PACIFIC ISLANDER (AA AND NHPI) INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES RESIDING IN ARIZONA.
