GAVE SCHOLARSHIPS TO 127 COLLEGE-BOUND HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS AND 14 CURRENT TEACHERS PURSUING CONTINUING EDUCATION. PROOF OF COLLEGE ENROLLMENT IS REQUIRED FOR REIMBURSEMENT.
THE BOARD AWARDS PROGRAM GRANTS TO 6 TEACHERS THAT PRESENT ENRICHMENT PLANS FOR THEIR CLASSROOM OR SUBJECT AREA. GRANTS ARE PAID AS REIMBURSEMENTS FOR DOCUMENTED EXPENSES OR AS DIRECT PAYMENTS TO VENDORS FOR SUPPLIES AND CURRICULUM AIDS.
