FORM 990 PART III, LINE 4A. THE CONTINUING COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS PUT A HOLD ON OUR PLANNED CONSTRUCTION FOR PART OF THE YEAR. WE USED THAT TIME TO MANAGE RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR MISSIONARY / MISSION ORGANIZATIONS. MUCH TIME WAS INVESTED VIA ZOOM MEETINGS IN FREQUENT COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE FIELD PARTNERS, TO PRAY WITH THEM, ENCOURAGE THEM, AND UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS DURING THE PANDEMIC. ALL EXPRESSED DEEP GRATITUDE THAT INTERNATIONAL NETWORX CONTINUED WORKING ON THEIR BEHALF TO INSURE THEIR FUNDING WAS CONSISTENT AND SECURE. WE ALSO ADDED FOUR NEW PARTNERS, FINALLY, WE UPDATED OUR DONOR WEBSITE AND BANKING DOCUMENTS, ARRANGING DIFFICULT LOGISTICS TO SEND NEW ATM CARDS OUT TO THE FIELD.
PART III, LINE 4B. WHILE A MISSIONS TRIP TO SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGE MISSION PARTNERS IN THAILAND HAD TO BE CANCELLED, CONSTRUCTION WAS BEGUN IN UKRAINE. WE WERE ALSO ABLE TO START CONSTRUCTION FOR A CHRISTIAN SCHOOL IN ARGENTINA. THESE PROJECTS INVOLVED FUNDRAISING, TEAM BUILDING (USING VOLUNTEERS FROM UKRAINE, BELARUS, RUSSIA, ARGENTINA AND THE U.S), LOGISTICS DEVELOPMENT AND THE ACQUISITION OF LOCAL TOOLS AND MATERIALS. THE PRESIDENT AND CEO TRAVELED TO BOTH UKRAINE AND ARGENTINA FOR ONSITE CONSULTATION.
