THE WEST TEXAS BOYS RANCH IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION LICENSED BY THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF FAMILY AND PROTECTIVE SERVICES TO PROVIDE BASIC RESIDENTIAL CHILD CARE FOR DISADVANTAGED AND AT RISK BOYS IN TEXAS AND THE FOUR BORDERING STATES (ARKANSAS, LOUISIANA, NEW MEXICO, AND OKLAHOMA).
