MAINTAINED A CHAPLAINCY PROGRAM ON THE BACKSIDES OF CLASS 1 AND CLASS 2 RACE TRACKS IN TEXAS. WEEKLY SATURDAY OR SUNDAY SERVICES AND BIBLE STUDIES WERE ESTABLISHED. DAILY DEVOTIONALS WERE HELD WHEN THERE WERE HORSES ON THE BACKSIDE AND PEOPLE TAKING CARE OF THEM. COUNSELING WAS AVAILABLE, ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS, FOR ANYONE REQUESTING IT. THIS INCLUDED COUNSELING FOR SPIRITUAL, ALCOHOL, DRUGS, EMOTIONAL, AND ANY OTHER HELP REQUESTED.
