TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING SOLUTIONS AND CRITICAL HOME REPAIRS TO VETERANS, ELDERLY, DISABLED, AND LOW-INCOME FAMILIES.

CONSTRUCTION OF HOMES: THE ORGANIZATION COMPLETED ONE HOME AND HAD NO HOMES IN THE PROCESS OF REHABILITATION/REBUILDING AT THE END OF 2023. THERE WERE ALSO NO ADDITIONAL HOMES UNDER CONSTRUCTION IN COLLABORATION WITH THE GARLAND ISD BUILDING TRADES DEPARTMENT. THE ORGANIZATION HOLDS MORTGAGES ON MANY OF THE HOMES IT COMPLETES AND SELLS.


AFFILIATE PAYMENTS AND GRANTS TO OTHERS: THE ORGANIZATION SENDS ANNUAL TITHE AMOUNTS TO HABITAT FOR HUMANITY INTERNATIONAL TO SUPPORT THE INTERNATIONAL HOUSING EFFORTS OF ITS PARENT ORGANIZATION.
