CONSTRUCTION OF HOMES: THE ORGANIZATION COMPLETED ONE HOME AND HAD NO HOMES IN THE PROCESS OF REHABILITATION/REBUILDING AT THE END OF 2021. THERE WERE ALSO NO ADDITIONAL HOMES UNDER CONSTRUCTION IN COLLABORATION WITH THE GARLAND ISD BUILDING TRADES DEPARTMENT. THE ORGANIZATION HOLDS MORTGAGES ON MANY OF THE HOMES IT COMPLETES AND SELLS.
CRITICAL REPAIRS: DURING 2021, THE ORGANIZATION ASSISTED 27 FAMILIES BY COMPLETING 33 CRITICAL REPAIRS ON 27 HOMES.
OPERATION OF RESTORE FACILITY: BUILDING MATERIAL RECYCLING AND RETAIL CENTER WHICH SELLS NEW AND GENTLY USED HOME IMPROVEMENT PRODUCTS AND BUILDING MATERIALS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AT SUBSTANTIALLY REDUCED COSTS.
