ANIMAL OUTREACH PAYS FOR URGENT AND REASONABLE VETERINARY CARE FOR ANIMALS WHOSE OWNERS ARE UNABLE TO AFFORD TREATMENT AT TIME OF NEED. IN 2006 ANIMAL OUTREACH PAID FOR 103 SPAY/NEUTER SURGERIES AND ADOPTED OUT 91 CATS AND DOGS TO NEW HOMES. AOA PRODUCED AND DISTRIBUTED A BOOKLET TITLED "HOW TO FIND HOMES FOR HOMLESSPETS" AS WELL AS A BROCHURE ABOUT THE INHUMANE PRACTICE OF DECLAWING CATS. THESE WERE DISTRIBUTED FREE TO INTERESTED INDIVIDUALS. AOA DISTRIBUTES INFORMATION ON VACCINATING, DECLAWING, HEALTH, NUTRITION AND BEHAVIOR ISSUES TO ALL WHO ADOPT PETS FROM OUR ORGANIZATION.
