TO PRESERVE AND REHABILITATE THOSE ARES OF HISTORIC AND/OR ARCHITECTURAL SIGNIFICANCE WHICH CONTRIBUTE TO THE UNIQUE IDENTITY OF THE CITY OF WAXAHACHIE.
