TO PROVIDE CONTINUATION OF A COMPREHENSIVE TOBACCO PREVENTION AND CONTROL PROGRAM INTENDED AND TARGETED TO DECREASE THE TOBACCO USE OF CITIZENS OF POTTER AND RANDALL COUNTIES AND THE CITIES OF AMARILLO AND CANYON, TX. THE PROGRAM SHALL INVOLVE MEDIA PROMOTION, EDUCATION, AND PROGRAMS DIRECTED AT CESSATION OF TOBACCO USE.
