SANTA ROSA FAMILY HEALTH CENTER IS A NONPROFIT CORPORATION WHOSE SOLE CORPORATE MEMBER IS CHRISTUS SANTA ROSA HEALTH CARE CORPORATION. SANTA ROSA FAMILY HEALTH CENTER SPONSORS THE FAMILY PRACTICE RESIDENCY PROGRAM THAT IS A COMMUNITY BASED INDEPENDENT PROGRAM SPONSORED BY CHRISTUS SANTA ROSA HEALTH CARE CORPORATION. THIS PROGRAM TRAINS RESIDENTS TO WORK IN FAMILY PRACTICE IN UNDERSERVED, RURAL AREAS. DURING ITS FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2022, SANTA ROSA FAMILY HEALTH CENTER SERVED A TOTAL OF 25,084 PATIENTS, ALL OF WHICH WERE THROUGH OUTPATIENT VISITS. CHRISTUS SANTA ROSA HEALTH CARE CORPORATION IS PART OF CHRISTUS HEALTH, WHICH WAS FORMED IN 1999 TO STRENGTHEN THE 153 YEAR-OLD, FAITH-BASED HEALTH CARE MINISTRIES OF THE CONGREGATIONS OF THE SISTERS OF CHARITY OF THE INCARNATE WORD OF HOUSTON AND SAN ANTONIO. FOUNDED ON THE MISSION "TO EXTEND THE HEALING MINISTRY OF JESUS CHRIST," CHRISTUS IS CHALLENGED TO REACH OUT TO, AND BEYOND, MORE THAN 60 COMMUNITIES WE SERVE TO HELP THOSE IN NEED.
